Ian Paget is
founding partner and joint managing director of the Patson
Companies in San Francisco. Ian Paget began his career with
the property firm Keith Cardale Groves (“KCG”)
in London in 1971. He moved to Los Angeles in 1978 to open
KCG’s first overseas office. He was a director of Hunting
Gate Pacific, where he led the firm’s San Francisco
office from 1980 to 1984. He co-founded Patson in 1984 and
has continued to direct Patson’s activities since then.
Mr. Paget has served as President of the California Chapter
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, of which
he is a Fellow. He received his B.Sc. degree in estate management
from London South Bank University in 1971.
David Harrison is
partner and co-founder of the Patson Companies, where undertakes
multiple roles including sourcing of new acquisitions, development
project management, and financial underwriting. He has 28
years of experience in commercial real estate investment
and development. His development project experience includes
235 Pine, 100 Grant, 275 Sacramento, and 3700 Geary Blvd.
in San Francisco, as well as El Camino Crossroads in San
Mateo, Calaveras Landing in Union City, the Barnes & Noble
building in Walnut Creek, and 1440 Chapin Avenue in Burlingame.
Prior to co-founding Patson in 1984, Mr. Harrison served
as a development project manager for the Hunting Gate Group
in Menlo Park and San Francisco, where he was responsible
for development projects including 633 Menlo Avenue in Menlo
Park and Orinda Towers in Orinda, California. He received
his B.S. in Biology from Stanford University in 1980. |
